Crashes every time you search for a contact - please fix

This app used to work really well. Now I cant join meetings, phone calls have terrible quality, UX is awful. Can we have the old one back please?

This mobile app is severely feature-lacking. Video/audio call stability is good, although the conversation tracking for IM is poor. Im still having a hard time accepting that it doesnt support the ability to create contact groups and manage them efficiently. The app should be renamed "Skype for Business Companion", as it really relies using the desktop client for most of the features. Lots of room for improvement as Microsoft merges Skype with their Lync services.

Anytime I get a notification that I have a message, when I click on it I am not able to read the message as it disappears

I like the app and works for what I need except for the fact that my conversations and chat histories do not sync up across all my devices. This is super frustrating and it is making us consider other chat services in my organization

This app is horrible for business for the following reasons: (1) messages always disappear after you click into the notification, (2) status does not update until you log out and log in again, (3) messages fails to deliver and no notification is provided, (4) messages get lost between the app and the computer skype application. Please make improvements.

The application cannot be launched. It just hangs on Skype logo and then crashes. Fix this ! iOS 10

In this day and age, this app should be able to at least log into meetings with voice, video and the ability to show presentations. It does not do any of the above reliably, voice is metallic, people speak over each other, does not show presentations unless you are on wifi and worst of all. It does not let me log in after the IOS10 upgrade. It use keeps on circling .. why do I can if its called Link or skype I just need it to work.

As others have mentioned this app is very inconsistent. 1. No syncing between the desktop app and phone app 2. Voice is choppy on Bluetooth connection, works fine while on handset 3. Message stays unread even if you have acknowledged it, sometimes need to open it multiple times

Latest version cant complete login process. Both iPad and iPhone. Previous version is working properly on older device. Dont update!!!! Fix ASAP.

After waiting for IOS 10 update .. it still does not work .. Was iOS 10 a surprise to Microsoft !!

With iOS10 update, crashes while logging into office365 server with email login that contains period(.). Is this app issue or server issue?

I use Skype for my work meetings...always worked like a charm until iOS10. Now I cant connect via the Skype meeting link in my calendar. Have to manually dial in...not good.

Its impossible to do anything easily in this app if you can manage to login. Login in, the most basic of things, is comparable to a tiger attacking you. Its also impossible to change your password credentials in the app.

How is this app even approved? Spotty messaging, no sync with desktop client. Total hot garbage. A free client e.g HipChat works miles better on mobile. Fire whoever is on this team at Microsoft.

It is not productive to not be able to attach a photo from iPhoto to à conversation or to manage the always growing contact list in groups. These are basic features that most of the other communication tools have implemented OOTB!

iOS 10 broke the app, just as iOS 9 did. Does Microsoft not do testing?

I tried entering my companys domain, but the keyboard in iOs10 only has a forward slash, despite clicking #+=. This makes the app unusable.

I like the idea of this app and thats it. Every single message from the same user is displayed as a separate message and not part of a conversation - huge issue. And, at random, the app will notify you of missed messages but when you go to the message to read it theres nothing there to read. Theres also no way to select all unread messages to mark them as read (if, for example, youve already read them on your laptop).
