App does what it is supposed to do and is stable.

Only improvement needed is syncing messages here and on desktop so they show up on both (and simultaneously)

Needs the ability to have conversations synced between all logged in instances. If I start a conversation at my desk and leave for lunch, I expect to be able to continue that conversation while I am out of the office, and see the whole history when I get back. Skype does this, but its as if some other company other than Microsoft owns Skype and cant steal their ideas. This is the biggest pile of junk since piles of junk were invented.

Love that I can move from device to device during meetings, Bluetooth with Skype is great too!

Love this app. Main thing I wish this app allowed is for me to set all calls to default to cellular instead of 4g. I can force this by turning off Wi-Fi however if rather just have a setting.

Kind of pointless if the conversations dont sync so they appear in the desktop client or outlook conversation archives. Theres really no excuse for this simple feature to not work.

Wish it had better performance for groups

The most annoying thing in the app that I find is that there is no way to delete all the recent contacts. If I want to clear it up, I have to do that one by one. Lync was way more user friendly as compared to skype. If I have to make a call from my phone book, it requires way too many clicks vs how it was with lync.

I use the app on both my iPhone 6 and iPad Pro mini and love it on both. The ability to attend a meeting on my phone while driving has been invaluable. Yesterday for the first time I used my iPad Pro mini to attend a meeting and the ability to view the screen and see any IM messages on the side was a huge benefit for me. I have 1 recommendation, on the desktop you have the option to not join audio and it would be great to have this option available on the iPad as well. There have been times I have been attending a meeting and needed to see the content but was listening to the presenter in person and ended up having the audio on my iPad as well which created an echo. If I could see the content without sound, that would be ideal.

Generally everything works as I need, chats, calls, and so on. However there is no way button or drop to view an ongoing presentation. Ive found that many times if the presenter changes the screen stops showing and there is no way to return to the viewing. Add a button or selection and it will be great!

Doesnt appear to run in the background; Notifications dont arrive for new messages; and Message history is not synced.

Improved, not perfect. Still work to be done. Dont work well in the background, effective for joining Skype calls remotely.

After taking a meeting on this app, the app just kills the microphone and the vibration settings on the phone. The sound and vibration is very minimal. I have to kill the meeting instance and kill the app and restart it for things to start working again. Horrible!

Call quality and features seem to improve with every release, but why dont conversations sync from desktop to mobile? And why isnt there an auto-respond function for when youre driving?

The Skype for business app allows me to stay connected with my team even when away from my desk. Great management tool!!

Unusable, and a waste of space. I dont understand why getting messages to sync is such a problem when every other platform does it flawlessly.

I dont miss colleagues anymore when they are trying to find me online.

This app is useless. I have a desktop with Skype for Business installed. Sometimes my messages go to IOS only, sometimes only to the Windows client. Never both. I lose messages constantly. This is useless.

I use Skype for business on my Windows PC. This iPhone app is nowhere close to being as nice as the Windows PC app.
